- 1 oz. gin
- 3 oz orange ice*
Place in shaker and shake (no ice). Pour into a martini or rocks glass.
To make orange ice, heat 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 water together until sugar dissolves, add 2 teaspoons of triple sec and 1 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh strained if possible). Pour into a shallow container and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
