1 oz Disaronno Amaretto
1 bar spoon of honey
.75 oz lemon juice
3-4 oz hot water
1 cinnamon stick, cracked

Garnish rim of a martini glass with crushed cookies crumbs. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into martini glass.

Winter is almost upon us and, for some reason, I associate butterscotch schnapps with winter. I guess it’s because of those buttery, toffee, butterscotch flavors. And, it may also be because on my 21st birthday, which occurred in December, I celebrated with a number of butterscotch flavored drinks. Small squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Shake Kahlúa Cinnamon Spice and lemon over ice. Top with sparkling cider. Grate nutmeg on top.

3/4 oz Creme De Cacao
1/2 ripe banana
4 pcs. ChocNut or other milk chocolate
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine ingredients in a blender a blend for 10 – 20 seconds. Pour into a Collins or other tall glass.
