As we close the bar on 2007, I felt it appropriate to take a look back. Sure everyone does these lists, but it is fun to look at the year that was. I I figure, hey! why not?

Not for throwing! This tasty holiday treat is for sipping only.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz gin
½ oz anise liqueur
½ oz cream

Instructions

In a mixer with ice, shake ingredients well. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

It’s Turkey Day. I’m just about to go get my eat on, but wanted to wish you all a safe and Happy Turkey Day!
