To celebrate the film He’s Just Not That into You, Skyy Vodka created two cocktails—one sweet, one sour. These cocktails mirror the ins and outs, ups and downs, and the good and the bad of finding true love.

Cranberry sorbet turns a classic cocktail into a beautiful holiday treat. This Christmas Cosmo has the appeal of a traditional Cosmopolitan with the added oomph of a dessert … all without being too sweet.

Ingredients

2 oz cranberry sorbet
½-1 oz vodka
½ oz Cointreau
¼ oz freshly-squeezed lime juice

Smashing up some peaches and adding a little booze makes for a damn fine drink! This simple recipe is light enough for summer but has a great whiskey kick.

This recipe uses a mellow blended scotch, but Canadian or Irish whiskey would also work well.

1 oz. Galliano
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Half & Half
Orange Slice

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with 1 cup of ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the orange slice.
