Things are back in full swing again this Fat Tuesday. New Orleans, although not fully recovered from Katrina, is open for business. And on Fat Tuesday that business is beads, parades, and lots and lots of drinking. The good news is that you don’t have to be in the Big Easy to celebrate. Mardi Gras has become a national party holiday (less its religious meaning) and is celebrated by fun folks all over the country.
