2 oz. Spiced Run
Pineapple Juice
Orange Juice
Splash of Grenadine
Orange Twist
Maraschino Cherry
Pour the Rum into a hi-ball or a collins glass filled with ice. Fill the
glass with pineapple juice and orange juice, stir and add a splash of grenadine,
the orange twist and the maraschino cherry.

Frozen Daiquiri
2 oz. Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
Tsp. Sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingedients in a blender. Blend on medium for about 20
seconds. Serve in a Collins or large footed glass.
Add a scoop of fruit, such as strawberry, peach, or raspberry to
make a fruit daiquiri.

Hurricane - Pat O'Brien's
This should be made in a Hurricane glass, a lantern
shaped footed vesel. If you don't have one, you can use a Bucket
or Collins glass. Fill any of them with ice.
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Garnish with a lime squeeze, cherry, pineapple spear,
- and a paper Umbrella, of course.
You can also mix in a shaker and strain into a cocktail
glass.

Zombie
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. anejo rum
1 oz. dark rum
1 teaspoons 151 rum
1/2 oz. apricot brandy
2 oz. orange juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup crushed ice
1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry
1 mint sprig
In a blender, combine the light rum, the dark rum,
the anejo rum, apricot brandy, orange juice, pineapple juice, light
juice and sugar with crushed ice.
Blend at a high speed until smooth and pour into a Collins glass.
Float the 151 rum on top and garnish with the orange slice, maraschino
cherry and mint sprig.
