This drink will put a sparkle in the New Millennium. The Millennium Martini is a cinnamon martini with flecks of gold, specially crafted for the 21st century. Happy New Year!

2tbs Lipton Peach Iced Tea Concentrate (powder)
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 glass Water
Crushed ice
A sprig of mint
A slice of lemon

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve in a tall glass with a sprig of mint and a lemon wedge

3 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Sloe Gin
1/2 tsp. Raspberry or Grenadine Syrup
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Mix gently and serve in two chilled cocktail glasses.
