2 oz. Plymouth Gin
1/2 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
3 Lemon Wedges
4 to 5 Rose Petals
3 Dashes Lemon Bitters
Top with Proseco
In a mixing glass muddle lemon and rose petals. Add ice, Plymouth Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Lemon Bitters. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Fill glass with Proseco.
Garnish with a fragrant rose petal.
