What better an occasion to post this wonderful Jameson Old Fashioned that I enjoyed at PDT in New York.
Jameson Old Fashioned
2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 sugar cube
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Muddle the sugar with the bitters. Add ice and Jameson. Stir until cold (about 20 seconds). Garnish with a fresh orange peel.
