The Old-Fashioned Cheesehead

A classic cocktail for a classic team with a Wisconsin twist. Courtesy of Hornitos Tequila.


  • 2 parts Hornitos añejo tequila
  • 2–3 dashes of bitters
  • Agave nectar to taste (desired level of sweetness)


Add nectar and bitters to an old-fashioned glass and stir. Add ice and Hornitos Tequila then stir well. Top off glass with ice and garnish with a chunk of sharp Wisconsin cheddar cheese.
