Mezcal Mai Tai

There’s a couple of things that I really love. One of which is Mezcal and the other was orgeat syrup. The reserved rum balances this cocktail perfectly and provides this classic gem a whole new dimension. May you imbibe well


  • 1oz Scorpion Silver Mezcal
  • 1oz Atlantico Reserve Rum
  • 1/4oz Curaçao
  • 3/4oz Orgeat Syrup(House Made)
  • 3/4oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Garnish; Crispy mint sprig and orange crab twist


In a shaker combine all ingredients and add ice, shake well. Then add crushed
ice to highball glass. Finally pour over crushed ice. Garnish, sip and enjoy!
