This week features an original from our friend Quinn Sweeney. He created this light tropical cocktail with rum generously donated by Don Q, specially for the La Petite Soiree at this years BlogHer Food Conference. (M. Quinn Sweeney writes about crafting cocktails at LibationLab.com.)
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Don Q Gold Rum
- ½ oz hibiscus liqueur
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Dash of Peychaud’s bitters
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
