Ingredients
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz green crème de menthe
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
Instructions
Pour the crème de menthe into a pousse-café glass or a cordial glass. Place a teaspoon on the back of the glass and pour the Baileys Irish cream slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top of the creme de menthe and then pour the brandy slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top.
