Halloween is creeping up on us: decorations are out and last minute costume purchases are being made. Whether you’ve just come back from a long day of trick-or-treating, pumpkin carving, costume shopping or visiting haunted houses, kick back with a Purity cocktail.

What better way to way to celebrate Halloween but with pumpkins? Or a Purity Pumpkin, which contains the perfect blend of pumpkin and cinnamon spice.

Ingredients

• 3 oz Purity Vodka
• 1 oz pumpkin puree
• .5 oz cinnamon brown sugar syrup
• 1 bar spoon lemon juice

Instructions

For the cinnamon brown sugar syrup, dissolve equal parts cinnamon sugar and boiling water. Let cool and then strain.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake into cold. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with cinnamon brown sugar.
