Everyman Afterall

A more culinary variation of a Harry MacElhone classic “Afterall” created by Marshall Altier. This one has great fresh summer flavors and the cardamom is a nice reference to Trini food culture.



  • 1½ oz. Denizen Rum
  • ½ oz. Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy
  • ¾ oz. Crème de Peach (Massenez)
  • ¾ oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 barspoon Demerara Syrup
  • 1 dash Peach Bitters
  • Lime Wheel, for garnish
  • Freshly Grated Cardamom, for garnish


Place all ingredients in a mixing tin a shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and grated green cardamom.
