Pumpkin Horchata
The concept of this drink was based on Spanish Horchata (rice milk). However I have been longing to work with Pumpkin for a couple years now and this Halloween gave me the perfect excuse. The Pumpkin really goes nicely with the rice milk and the Bourbon blends in perfectly giving the overall profile nice warm tones.

Cranberry Cooler
Autumn Harvest
Ingredients:
2 parts Basil Hayden’s Bourbon
3/4 parts Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 dash Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters
2 parts Milk Stout Beer
Fresh nutmeg
Directions:
Combine Basil Hayden’s, cherry liqueur and bitters in a mixing glass.Add ice and shake.Roll in the milk stout beer. Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and cherry on top.

Harvest Moon
Ingredients:
1 ½ parts Tequila Avión Anejo
1 part Apple-flavored liquor (can use apple from concentrate as a sub)
¼ part pear juice
Splash of egg white
Dash of fresh lemon
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Directions:
In a shaker add all ingredients over ice then shake and strain. Harvest Moon can be served either straight up or on the rocks and garnish with a thinly sliced pear.

Holiday Highball
Ingredients:
1 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
.5 oz iced coffee
1 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1/8 oz 2:1 raw sugar syrup
3 mint sprigs
Directions:
Mix coffee and sugar syrup together and set aside. In a highball glass, layer 2 mint sprigs in the bottom of the glass, then top with crushed ice. Add Baileys Original Irish Cream, Bulleit Bourbon, and simple syrup. Swizzle together, leaving the mint at the bottom of the glass. Float … Read more
The After-Turkey Apertif
Ingredients:
1 oz Moon Mountain Organic Vodka
1/4 oz sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Zwack
5 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Pour Ketel One Oranje, sweet vermouth, Zwack and 5 dashes of Angostura Bitters into a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with lime.

Grand Thanksgiving
Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounces Ketel One Oranje™ Flavored Vodka
1/4 ounces Grand Marnier®
1/4 ounces Fresh lemon juice
Ginger ale
Directions:
Pour Ketel One Oranje, Grand Marnier and fresh lemon juice into rocks glass over ice. Top off with ginger ale. Stir gently. Garnish with orange peel.
