Ingredients:
2 oz Blanco Tequilla
1 ½ oz pumpkin puree*
2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
1/3 oz maple syrup

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a Boston shaker. Shake and strain into a glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with an orange slice lightly dusted with cinnamon powder.

Ingredients:
2 oz Espolón Tequila Reposado
1 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz apple cider Vvnegar shrub
.5 oz Cardamaro Amaro
1 bar spoon apple butter infused agave nectar
4 muddled apple chunks
Apple cider foam, garnish
Blackstrap molasses, garnish

1.5 oz Espolón Tequila Reposado
0.5 oz Frangelico
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz Chile Piquin-Cinnamon Syrup
2 dashes of Wormwood Bitters

Directions:
Shake ingredients together and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with lemon twist.

1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
1 oz agave nectar
2 fresh cranberries
1 thin slice jalapeño pepper
1/2 oz lime juice
1 jalapeño, garnish
