Did anyone hear about this? Not only has Cuervo introduced flavored Tequila (Yes, another sign of the apocalypse), but they named a day after it.

To celebrate, Cuervo hired a bunch of “models” painted them Green, Blue or Orange and let them loose on the streets on Manhattan, Chicago and San Francisco. Green represented Cirtrico, Lime flavored Tequila, Blue – Tropino, Pineapple Tequila and Orange for Oranjo, which is of course Orange flavored.

Instructions

1 oz tequila
1 oz rum
1 oz vodka
1 oz gin
1 oz blue curaçao
Sweet & sour mix
7 Up

Ingredients

Fill a collins glass with ice and add alcohol one by one. Fill with sour mix and top with of 7 Up. Garnish with a cherry.

Had a huge shot of this the other night. Maybe it was lack of salt & lime, but I didn’t think that Cabo Wabo measured up to other premium tequilas. Sammy must be hoping that being the “Red” Rocker can add $10 bucks a bottle, but for my money I’d rather drink Patrón!
