Smoked Peach Ice Tea
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Herradura Reposado
½ oz Lemon Juice
1 ½ oz Peach Juice
1 ½ oz Earl Grey tea
¼ oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz Mezcal
1 Lemon Twist
1 Peach Slice
Directions:
Fill a high ball with good quality cubed ice. Add all ingredients and stir thoroughly with a bar spoon. Garnish with a long lemon twist and/or a peach slice.

Hound’s Tooth Toddy
Ingredients:
2 oz. SKYY Infusions Ginger
.75 oz honey
Juice of half a lemon
2 sage leaves
4 oz of Earl Grey tea (hot)
Directions:

Fancy Bourbon Punch
Ingredients:
1 liter Maker’s Mark
1 cup granulated sugar
Peels of 3 lemons and 1 orange
Juice of peeled fruit
1 liter of strong tea (preferably green tea)
250 ml champagne (club soda can be used for a less fancy version)
Freshly grated nutmeg

Hot Toddy
It’s cold season and this winter has been harsh. Having succumbed to the evil flu earlier this week, I decided to explore the aged old cure all, the hot toddy.
