In Twas The Night Before Christmas, it was sugerplums that danced in the children’s head. But, when I think of Christmas, I think of ham dancing across the dinner table. 1/2 oz Zacapa Rum
1 oz sparkling wine
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
3 drops apple cider vinegar
Spritz of Allspice Dram

Combine Zacapa Rum 23, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and apple cider vinegar into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine and an atomized spritz of Allspice dram.
