Fresh Apple Spritzer

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Zacapa Rum
1 oz sparkling wine
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
3 drops apple cider vinegar
Spritz of Allspice Dram

Directions:
Combine Zacapa Rum 23, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and apple cider vinegar into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine and an atomized spritz of Allspice dram.

Spiced Rum Toddy

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Home-Spiced Flor de Caña  (spice recommendation: vanilla bean, nutmeg, cinnamon)
3 oz hot water
½ teaspoon of butter on top
1 cinnamon stick

Directions:
In an Irish coffee mug, add boiling water, rum and top with a small slice of butter. Stir with cinnamon stick and garnish with fresh nutmeg on top.

1 oz beef (well-reduced)
2 tbsp toasted bread crumbs

2 oz  tomato juice
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Pinch celery salt
Pinch black pepper

1/2 bottle Voga Merlot
6 oz. fresh lime juice
6 oz. triple sec liqueur
6 oz. simple syrup
2 limes sliced in thin wheels
2 red oranges sliced in thin wheels
