2 oz Revolucion Anejo
.5 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz rosemary-infused honey*

1 ½ oz Original Moonshine Corn Whiskey
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz juniper maple syrup
½ stock of rosemary
Place all ingredients except the moonshine into a shaking tin and muddle. Add The Original Moonshine and ice and shake hard for 7 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with ½ of a rosemary stock singed with a flame for the aroma.

Cocktail onions may seem like an outdated garnish. A lot of bars don’t even bother to stock them. However, when done right, they add a nice savory finish to a good stiff drink.

What better way to toast the happy couple than with a margarita made with rosemary?
4 oz Sauza Silver tequila
8 lemons (juice only)
3 cups club soda
4 tbs sugar
4 rosemary sprigs
Combine lemons, club soda, sugar, and tequila in pitcher. Mix well. Refrigerate until cold. Place 1 rosemary sprig in each of the 4 serving cups. Pour margarita and drink cold or iced. Serves 4.
