Fire & Ice is inspired by the struggle to defend the Iron Throne and the feuding families in Westeros. Created by mixologist Joel Black, the cocktail combines spicy bourbon with the intense flavors lime juice, jalapeño and sweet pomegranate juice to create a dynamic fusion of fire and ice in every sip.
Mix up some Fire and Ice while you enjoy the new season of Game of Thrones this Sunday night!!
2 oz Purity Vodka
1 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz coconut water
2 dashes Bitter Truth orange bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir until ice cold. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass, garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.

1.5 oz Russian Standard Vodka (kosher)
2 oz POM pomegranate juice (kosher parve)
Splash of lemon juice
Shake Russian Standard Vodka, lemon juice and pomegranate juice gently over ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf or lemon twist.

1 ½ oz Herradura Reposado
2 oz pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
½ oz vanilla syrup
1 oz heavy cream
Candy cane, garnish
Pomegranate seeds, garnish
Fill a highball with crushed ice. Pour Herradura Reposado, pomegranate juice and vanilla syrup over crushed ice. Stir ingredients in glass using a bar spoon or swizzle stick. 2 parts Basil Hayden’s Bourbon Whiskey
1 part Pomegranate Juice
1 tablespoon Fig Preserve
1 bar spoon Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
