During this cold snap, I’ve found myself attracted to cocktails that remind me of warm weather. The Margarita is a quintessential sunny-day drink. This dark blue variation on that classic is a little sweeter and looks a lot more dramatic. You could use lime instead of lemon or use more lemon if you want it more tart. February 22 is National Margarita Day, so of course we’re gonna have a margarita recipe this week. Sure, this isn’t a “traditional” margarita, but who doesn’t like churros? The tequila blends well with the Licor 43 and Irish Creme, replacing lime juice and Tuaca is nice substitute for triple sec.
