I wanted to showcase Sesame in a cocktail and it was no easy task. There were many attempts to get to that final one. The final result is very nicely balanced and, the Sesame pairs really well with a good Brandy Egg Nog.

Makes 1 1/2 pints
2 cups whole milk
1 vanilla bean split lengthwise and scraped
4 large yolks
½ cup sugar
1 pinch salt

1 1/2 oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
3 oz cold milk
1 oz. crème de cacao
1/2 oz smooth peanut butter
3 oz lemon lime soda
Add all items into a shaker and shake well, strain over ice in a Collins glass. Add the soda, and serve.

2 oz. Brandy
3 oz. Whole Milk
0.5 oz. heavy cream (optional)
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips
Put milk, cream and chocolate in a milk frothing cup used for espresso. Froth milk as you would for cappuccino. 2 oz Hot Chocolate
4 oz Milk
Bring milk to a simmer. Whisk in drinking chocolate. Simmer for 30 seconds while stirring. Add Kahlúa Peppermint Mocha. Garnish with peppermint stick and marshmallows.

2 oz milk or cream
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve in a large highball or tall glass.
