Maker’s Mark Ice Cream
Makes 1 1/2 pints

Ingredients:

2 cups whole milk
1 vanilla bean split lengthwise and scraped
4 large yolks
½ cup sugar
1 pinch salt
¼ cup Maker’s Mark®

Instructions:

1. Combine the milk, salt, scraped vanilla bean and seeds in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.  Remove from the heat, cover with plastic wrap, and infuse 10 minutes.

Calling all peanut butter lovers! This is the perfect cocktail for you…

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
3 oz cold milk
1 oz. crème de cacao
1/2 oz smooth peanut butter
3 oz lemon lime soda

Directions:
Add all items into a shaker and shake well, strain over ice in a Collins glass. Add the soda, and serve.

Red Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 oz. Campari
2 oz. Brandy
3 oz. Whole Milk
0.5 oz. heavy cream (optional)
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Put milk, cream and chocolate in a milk frothing cup used for espresso. Froth milk as you would for cappuccino. When milk is hot remove frothing wand and whisk or stir vigorously until chocolate is completely melted. Add Campari and Brandy. Pour into heat-resistant cup. Peppermint Mocha Hot Cocoa

2 oz Kahlúa Peppermint Mocha
2 oz Hot Chocolate
4 oz Milk

Directions:
Bring milk to a simmer. Whisk in drinking chocolate. Simmer for 30 seconds while stirring. Add Kahlúa Peppermint Mocha. Garnish with peppermint stick and marshmallows.

4 parts spring water
3 parts + 1 part organic whole milk
½ cup ice cubes
½ part vanilla vodka*

Kahlua Mocha Freeze

Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlúa Mocha
2 oz chilled coffee
2 oz milk or cream

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve in a large highball or tall glass.

You can also substitute two scoops of ice cream for the milk/cream.
