The Hemingway Daiquiri was created by Constantino Ribalaigua at El Floridita, in Havana during the author’s time living there. They say that Hemingway ordered these by the double, giving the drink the nickname “Papa Dobles”.

Just for the Holidays, a twist on the classic Manhattan. Perfect for a Holiday Gathering!

Ingredients:
2 parts Maker’s 46
1 part dry vermouth
½ part amaro
Dash of maraschino liqueur
Dash of orange bitters
Orange twist for garnish

Directions:
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
