1 1/4 parts Grey Goose Le Citron Flavored Vodka
1/2 part Green Chartreuse
2 one-inch pieces of fennel, diced
3 sage leaves
3/4 part agave nectar
1 part lemon juice
2 parts seltzer water

Ingredients:
1 ½ parts Tequila Avión Reposado Tequila
1 part pear juice
½ part honey / orange marmalade syrup
½ part Lemon juice
Sliced plum (reserve one slice for garnish)

Directions:
In a shaker, muddle ¾ of the plum with honey syrup in a shaker then add all ingredients. Shake and strain, then warm over a low heat.  Garnish with a plum slice to finish.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Zacapa Rum
1 oz sparkling wine
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
3 drops apple cider vinegar
Spritz of Allspice Dram

Directions:
Combine Zacapa Rum 23, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and apple cider vinegar into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine and an atomized spritz of Allspice dram.

1/4 ounces Grand Marnier®
1/4 ounces Fresh lemon juice
Ginger ale

Directions:
Pour Ketel One Oranje, Grand Marnier and fresh lemon juice into rocks glass over ice. Top off with ginger ale. Stir gently. Garnish with orange peel.

.75 oz lemon juice
3-4 oz hot water
