Inspired by the Spring season. This cocktail has a very clean taste. The base is Gin with the distinct flavor of Shiso paired with the coolness of cucumber and fresh lemon juice.

This is made with a homemade strawberry jam(preserve) paired with gin, seedless muddled cucumber and fresh lemon juice. I paired the Strawberry Jam and cucumber together to highlight how much versatility cucumber (one of my favorite vegetables in my cocktails) really has.

4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 large sweet onions/Vidalias, peeled, halved, sliced thinly with the grain
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup Maker’s Mark Bourbon, plus 1 tablespoon
¾ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup fresh ricotta cheese
½ cup sour cream

1 oz Frangelico
2 oz Wild Turkey 101
1 oz Amaretto
.25 oz squeezed lemon juice
1 pinch salt
4 oz soda water
Handful of Cracker Jack, finely crushed

1 1/2 oz Canadian Club Classic 12
3/4 oz DeKuyper Triple Sec
2 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
5 fresh blackberries
3 sage leaves
1/2 oz egg whites
Directions:
Muddle Sage and blackberries in a mixing glass. Add all remaining ingredients and shake with ice, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

¾ oz. Mango Juice
¾ oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Pour ingredients in mixing pint over ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass with two cherries.
