The American Beauty is refreshing blend of Bluecoat gin, fresh lemon juice, raspberries and mint accentuates the seasonal bounty while paying homage to stars and stripes.

1 1/2 oz Camus VSOP Elegance Cognac
3/4 oz Ruby Port
3/4 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

Directions:
Stir over ice. Strain into Champagne flute.

Ingredients:
3 oz Russian Standard Vodka 
0.5 oz fresh lime juice 
0.5 oz agave nectar 
6 cherry tomatoes 
8 basil leaves 
Kosher salt 
Cracked black pepper

Directions:

2 oz Flor de Caña 7 Year Rum
.5 oz simple syrup
3 dashes Peychaud Bitters
Dash Lucid Absinthe
Grapes

Directions:
Salt rim of small rocks glass. Add Flor de Caña, simple syrup, Peychaud Bittes, and Lucid to shaker with ice. Strain into coup style glass. Garnish with red grapes.

Ingredients:
1 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz gin
2 strawberries, 2 blackberries
1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup
