Ever a fan of the morning cocktail, Mad Men’s Roger Sterling would have enjoyed this kicking variation of the Bloody Mary. In fact, he probably would have paired it two dozen oysters at lunchtime, assuming he didn’t learn his lesson the first time.
The sangre orange margartia is the epitome of spicy and tangy, combined in a cocktail. The blends of Jalapeño and blood orange create a hot and sour sensation, making your taste buds cringe with delight, while the Peligroso Tequila adds for a smooth delivery.

1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
1 oz agave nectar
2 fresh cranberries
1 thin slice jalapeño pepper
1/2 oz lime juice
1 jalapeño, garnish
Muddle jalapeño and cranberries in a highball glass. Combine Tequila Don Julio Blanco, agave nectar, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
