Love Machine
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz vodka
3 fresh strawberries or 1 oz of strawberry liqueur
2 oz Cascal Ripe Rouge
Garnish with strawberry
Directions:
Start by muddling strawberries with a dash of strawberry liqueur in the bottom of mixing glass. Add vodka and ice and shake hard. Pour in the Cascal, stir gently and then fine strain into a cocktail glass.

Lucky Dragon
Ingredients:
2 oz Camus Elegance VSOP Cognac
.5 oz Grand Marnier
.25 oz ginger liqueur
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Canal Street
Ingredients:
2 oz Camus Elegance VS Cognac
4 oz ginger ale
2 lemons
2 limes
Directions:
Squeeze the lemons and limes over fresh ice. Add the Camus and ginger ale to the ice and stir. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with cinnamon stick (optional).

Midnight Kiss
1 ½ oz. SKYY Infusions Passion Fruit
¾ oz. Campari
¾ oz. Mango Juice
¾ oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Pour ingredients in mixing pint over ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass with two cherries.

This Week’s Drink was created by Max Warner, Chivas brand ambassador and head mixologist. Warner cut his bartending chops at London’s famed Savoy Hotel, so he know his stuff. His Aberdeen Flip is a wonderfully rich cocktail with hints of spice and fruit that will warm any holiday gathering.

1.5 oz Russian Standard Vodka
3.5 oz apple juice (Apple and Eve is kosher parve)
1 cinnamon stick (Liebers cinnamon sticks)
1 apple slice
Directions:
Combine Russian Standard Vodka, apple juice and ice in a highball glass. Stir well and garnish with the apple slice and cinnamon stick.

1 ½ oz Herradura Reposado
2 oz pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
½ oz vanilla syrup
1 oz heavy cream
Candy cane, garnish
Pomegranate seeds, garnish
Directions:
Fill a highball with crushed ice. Pour Herradura Reposado, pomegranate juice and vanilla syrup over crushed ice. Stir ingredients in glass using a bar spoon or swizzle stick.
