1 ½ oz gin
½ oz apricot brandy
½ oz amaretto
Combine ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir well.

Pairs equally well with sushi (particularly spicy bits or anything at all dipped in savory soy sauce and wasabi) and anything char-grilled.”
