Fall is here once again and this weeks drink combines the wonderful Autumn flavors of apple and cranberry,  Spiked with warming absinthe and the zing of ginger, this one will warm you insider and out

Ingredients:
1 bottle of Sandeman Founders Reserve Port
24 oz apple cider  
3 oz rye whiskey
1.5 oz maple syrup
2 Granny Smith apples
2 pears

Directions:
Dice apples and pears and set aside. Mix all remaining ingredients together in pitcher. Add in apples and pears. Let sit for at least 8-12 hours (or overnight).

Ingredients:
1 oz Sobieski Cynamon Vodka
1 oz apple schnapps

Directions:
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass with an apple slice garnish.

Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlúa Cinnamon Spice
1 oz Avión Tequila Blanco 
1 oz lemon juice
6-8 concord grapes

Directions:
Muddle Grapes. Add rest of the ingredients. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz Hiram Walker Caramel Apple Liqueur
1/2 Part Ginger Liqueur
Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions:
Pour each of the ingredients in a rocks glass. Squeeze lemon and drop lemon into the drink.

¾ oz Hiram Walker Caramel Apple Liqueur
¾ oz ABSOLUT Vanilla
¾ oz Kahlua
1 oz half & half

Directions:
Shake with ice and serve in a chilled martini glass.

2 oz The Glenlivet Scotch Whiskey
1/2 oz Hiram Walker Caramel Apple Liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters

Directions:
Fill a large rocks glass with a large ice cube. Add each ingredient and stir gently.

1 oz Hiram Walker Carmel Apple Liqueur
1 oz fresh sour mix (or high quality purchased mix)

Directions:
Pour into cocktail shaker, shake and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with apple slice.
