Who doesn’t like Tequila? From Rock n’ Roll legend Sammy Hagar and his Cabo Wabo Tequila comes this cocktail with attitude.

Ingredients
    1 oz Cabo Wabo reposado tequila 1 oz triple sec 1 oz cointreau 1 oz Southern Comfort 1 oz pineapple juice
Instructions

Combine all in a shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass nearly filled with ice.

We found this on Boing Boing, a diagram for the cooking chicken or duck in beer. Unfortunately, it doesn’t go into cooking times or temperatures (it suggests a “small flame”). As long as you cook your poultry to 170 F, it should be just fine.

Happy Cranberries

Your turkey and your guests will love you!

Ingredients

1 lb fresh cranberries
2 cup sugar
4 tbs Maker’s Mark
¼ cup sugar

Instructions

Place berries in a shallow pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups sugar. Bake covered at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle with bourbon and remaining sugar. Refrigerate. Ready to serve anytime. Also makes a super gift; just fill a small jar for giving!
