Sunday is National Rum Day which is perfect for a hot August Sunday. To celebrate, we are featuring the Macuá, a long drink made with Flor de Caña 4 year old Rum, guava,orange and lime juices and a touch of simple syrup. What are the origins of the day? The first thing that grabs your attention about Corzo tequila is the bottle: square, smooth, and modern—not unlike a really nice cologne bottle.

But when you get past the attractive packaging, there’s a friendly tequila inside waiting to play.

Lemon Slice
Lime Slice
Maraschino Cherry

Pour vodka in a collins glass filled with ice and fill with ice. Garnish wtih the lemon slice, lime slice and maraschino cherry.

This drink originated in the nineteenth century in either the US, England or Australia. Although it place of origin is disputed, it is truly become a classic. So good they named the glass after it!
