This drink comes to us from the Pharmacy Restaurant and Bar via Kahlua. It’s the original Espresso Martini and was allegedly developed by a super model’s request to make a drink that would “wake me up and fuck me up”. This drink delivers on that promise. We are posting this for National Coffee Day on November 29!

Summer is here and the heat is on. The folks at Baileys felt this ice cream cocktail would be a nice way to cool down. Who doesn’t like ice cream and booze?
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
2 scoops coffee ice cream
1 oz iced coffee

2 oz chilled coffee
2 oz milk or cream
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve in a large highball or tall glass.
You can also substitute two scoops of ice cream for the milk/cream.
