This drink was invented in late summer 2011 and is a variation of the Dr. Morganmeister. Again, it combines three unlikely drinks which still compliment each other. Compared to the Dr. Morganmeister, this is a slightly sweeter drink.

Ingredients:
2 oz Cockspur Fine Rum
½ oz triple sec
½ oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Orange twist, garnish.

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass and garnish.

1 oz Applejack
1 tsp cinnamon
Apple slice for garnish.

Directions:
Combine Cockspur, Applejack and cinnamon in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish.
