The Espolón Eulogy
Ingredients:
2.5 oz Espolón Tequila Blanco
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
Club Soda
Directions:
Add the first three ingredients to a Collins or other tall glass filled with ice. Stir and top with club soda.

Candy Corn Cocktail #2
Ingredients:
2 oz. UV Cake
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz milk
.5 oz Amaretto
Splash of club soda
Directions:
Shake first 4 ingredients over ice, strain into martini glass rimmed with crushed candy corn and top with soda.

3 oz club soda
1 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
