Created by Mixologist, Jonathan Pogash The Cocktail Guru, this punch packs…. well, a punch! Absinthe, Gin, fresh berries, ginger and OJ. Not exactly Apple Pie, but maybe we could start a new tradition.

Ingredients:
1 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz gin
2 strawberries, 2 blackberries
1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup
3/4 oz. Fresh Orange Juice

The Queen’s Bouquet

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire gin
4 mint leaves
3 myrtle leaves
4 blackberries
½ oz honey syrup

Directions:
Muddle all and build/stir through with cracked ice in a stemmed rocks glass. Garnish with a blackberry and sprig of myrtle.

It gets it dark and spooky look from a good amount of grape juice. 42 Below comes from New Zealand (42 degrees below the equator) and is a quadruple distilled premium bodka.
