Welcome to the 31 Drinks of Halloween!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Kahlúa
1/2 oz Martell V.S. Cognac
1/2 oz Triple Sec
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Blood orange wedge, garnish

Directions:
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a n chilled, half sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with a blood orange wedge.

1 liter Maker’s Mark
1 cup granulated sugar
Peels of 3 lemons and 1 orange
Juice of peeled fruit
1 liter of strong tea (preferably green tea)
250 ml champagne (club soda can be used for a less fancy version)
Freshly grated nutmeg

¾ oz Benedictine

Winter comes back with vengeance, luckily we got this recipe created by mixologist Daniel Hyatt of Alembic in San Francisco. Sure, there’s no Irish Whiskey, but the 100 proof Laird’s Applejack gives it a nice kick. The combo of Baileys & Lairds really makes this a twist on the classic Irish Coffee. And it’ll warm ya right up!
