Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Botran rum
- ¾ oz Chambord
- ½ oz simple syrup (60% sugar–40% hot water)
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 5 mint leaves
- Ginger beer or ginger ale
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake for ten seconds. Strain into a highball glass. Top with ginger beer.
