The Seersucker

  • 2 oz Flor de Caña 4-year white rum
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon bark syrup*
  • 2 strawberries


Muddle, shake with 3 ice cubes & strain into a pilsner glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

*Make the cinnamon bark syrup by boiling three cinnamon sticks with one cup of water and one cup of sugar for 15 minutes, then strain. Refrigerate unused portion.

    The drink looks great. Do you know if that rum is available at your local liquor store?

    Oh wow, this sounds delicious. It sounds like a great pick-me-up for the middle of winter.
