- 2 parts GREY GOOSE La Poire
- 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 part lavender sirop
- 1 bar spoon of orgeat sirop
- ½ part mineral water
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag
Blend all the ingredients (with the exception of the tea bag) in a teapot. Place in the fridge for two hours.
Add a dry ice cube into the teapot then pour into a teacup containing the tea bag.
Macerate to your taste and remove the bag.
