Poinsettia Cocktail

This classic champagne cocktail is wonderful for holiday entertaining. Light and refreshing, the Poinsettia Cocktail ads an extra bit of holiday cheer to any gathering.


  • Champagne
  • ½ oz cointreau
  • 3 oz cranberry juice


Add chilled Cointreau and cranberry to chilled Champagne glass. Stir and top with Champagne just before serving. Spice it up by adding 1 oz of vodka. For a non-alcoholic version, use ginger ale in place of Champagne and Cointreau.

    I love it! I made it with verdi spumante instead. (that is all I had at home and is cheaper) I chilled the glasses with the cointreau and the juice and it was delicious!!! Thank you. Next time I will make it with champagne I am sure it will be better
