With all the strawberries popping up, we thought it was time for a cool treat using this seasonal fruit. This dessert cocktail will be a refreshing addition to any Spring day. It’s like a white-chocolate-covered strawberry!


  • 1 ½ oz dark rum
  • 1 ½ oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 3 strawberries
  • 3 oz half and half


At the bottom of your cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries with the liqueur. Pour in your other ingredients and add ice. Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass. Optional: Rim glass with white chocolate.
