- 1 ½ oz tequila
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa, Tia Maria)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ½ oz cream
Combine tequila, coffee liqueur and soda in a mixing glass, stir and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Float cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon into the martini or cocktail glass.
