The national drink of Cuba!


  • 1 ½ oz light rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3–4 mint leaves
  • Club soda


Combine lime juice, mint and sugar in a collins or highball glass. Stir gently to bruise the mint. Fill glass ¾ with ice. Add the rum. Top with soda. Stir well.
