Mexican Hot Chocolate #2

  • Silver tequila (this recipe uses Hornitos Plata)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 disk of Mexican chocolate
  • Whipped cream


Warm the milk and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir with a whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture begins to boil. Remove from the heat and froth the chocolate with a whisk.

Add one part Hornitos Plata for every five parts of hot chocolate. Finish with dollop of whipped cream.
