1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Baileys Irish Creme
Pour the creme de menthe into a pousse cafe glass or a cordial glass. Place a teaspoon on the back of the glass and pour the Baileys Irish creme slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top of the creme de menthe and then pour the brandy slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top of the Bailey’s Irish ceme.
