This fall cocktail created by Jamie Boudreau is named after the ghostly light that appears over bogs. It’s unique combination of ingredients will ensure that yours will be the only party serving this lightly spiced concoction.
Ignus Fatuus
2 oz. chardonnay
1 oz. cognac
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. apple cider
1 teaspoon of spiced pumpkin pie mix
Shake hard and fine strain into a cocktail glass.
